The glorious warm autumn weather and the elegant surroundings of The Lawn provided the perfect backdrop for the ‘Growing your wealth for today and future generations’ seminar on 23rd October.
Lee Devonald and the rest of the Liberty team were all delighted to welcome some 30 guests to the event.
Lee, in his usual relaxed style, introduced everyone including the latest edition to the family; grandson Jake. This was a fitting way of reminding us all that sound financial planning is critical not just for enjoying retirement today but also for helping our loved ones and the future generation.
Dan Looney of St. James's Place served up some important pointers identifying the advantages of the St. James's Place approach to investment, and why this successful model continues to provide clients with an exceptional chance of achieving superior returns over the medium to long term.
After a short break we then heard from Angus Houston of Pavilion Row, Probate and Will specialists. Angus reminded guests just how important it is to make a Will. He also took everyone through the process of Probate, underling how critical it is to have an established team of trusted advisers in place when the time comes.
All the guests stayed on after the seminar to enjoy a buffet lunch which gave Lee and his team ample opportunity to answer any questions, and everyone else the chance to network and relax.
The next Liberty Wealth seminar will be a CPD (Continues Professional Development) approved seminar for Accountants on 20th November, also held at The Lawn.
